Floyd Mayweather and Mike Tyson could fight on September 26 at American Airlines Center in Dallas, according to new legal filings from CSI Sports, the company that originally signed both men to compete.

CSI attorney Judd Burstein filed a letter to Judge Vernon S. Broderick in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York, outlining the plan.

From the filing: “As the proof will show, Plaintiffs intend to go forward with the ‘Tyson Fight’ on September 26, 2026 if Mr. Mayweather agrees to participate in that Fight. To that end, CSI has the American Airlines Center in Dallas.”

The letter was submitted as part of CSI’s ongoing legal dispute with Mayweather, who faces allegations of breaching his contract by taking outside fights including the planned Zambidis bout in Greece, which was ultimately halted by a court injunction. CSI’s position is that Mayweather’s next fight must be against Tyson under the terms of his agreement.

Mayweather’s September 25 Manny Pacquiao rematch at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas has been pushed to 2027 following the legal complications. The filing suggests CSI is now working to salvage the Tyson fight first.
