Eddie Hearn Wants Dana White at Fury-Joshua Presser, With One Condition

Eddie Hearn says he’d welcome Dana White onto the stage for the next Tyson Fury-Anthony Joshua press conference, but only if the gloves come off verbally.

Speaking with Ariel Helwani, Hearn made clear he has no objection to White’s presence and would even relish the opportunity to share a stage with him, provided both sides are given free rein to clash.

He warned that if people thought previous pressers had already gotten chaotic, they haven’t seen anything yet, comparing the mismatch to taking candy from a baby.

He will only be there if we allow him to be there. I don’t have an issue with Dana White being at the press conference. I would actually love to get him up there. But you’ve got to let us go at it.

If you think you’ve seen a car crash so far, wait till you see when I get in front of him at a press conference. My goodness… It would just be like taking candy from a baby.

The comments add another layer to the growing rivalry and crossover chatter between the boxing and UFC worlds, with White increasingly positioning himself as a disruptive presence in boxing through his own promotional ventures.

Hearn’s willingness to invite that confrontation suggests he sees more upside than risk in sharing the spotlight, at least if it plays out on his terms.
