Adrien Broner doesn’t think a rematch would go any differently for Ryan Garcia.
In a video posted on X on Saturday, the four-division world champion told Garcia that Gervonta Davis would beat him again.
Garcia has been pushing for a second fight with Davis. In September, he said Davis and Al Haymon had contacted his team, but he set a firm condition on the weight.

An account believed to belong to Davis replied that he would fight at 144 pounds.
Davis won their first fight in April 2023 at a 136-pound catchweight. A rehydration clause capped both fighters at 146 pounds on fight morning. Davis dropped Garcia in the second round and finished him with a body shot in the seventh.
Garcia now holds the WBC welterweight title. He beat Mario Barrios for the belt in February and stopped Conor Benn in the second round in September. The Ring’s Mike Coppinger reports Garcia is in advanced talks to face WBA champion Teofimo Lopez in early 2027.
Davis has fought twice since beating Garcia. He stopped Frank Martin in June 2024 and drew with Lamont Roach in March 2025. A planned exhibition with Jake Paul was canceled last November.
